Is a Cruise Suitable for families?
Without question. cruising is not only a fabulous, unforgettable holiday full of cool, high adventure activities for kids, it's also an unbelievable educational opportunity. If your children are active and love adventure, they will enjoy a cruise holiday. Most Resort/Contemporary and Premium Cruise Lines cater to and provide facilities and services for families with children of all ages including toddlers, youth, and teens. This includes expansive kids programming, kids facilities, kids menus and even special Shore Excursions and activities for the kids. Most cruise lines have cabins that can accommodate three, four of five passengers in one cabin. This means that children can often travel at substantially reduced rates when they share a cabin with their parents, making it more affordable to take the whole family on a cruise and dont forget all these activities for the kids in a safe and supervised enviroment and full baby sitting services mean a lot of time for Mum and Dad too !
Can Singles have fun on a cruise?
Cruising is ideal for people traveling alone, because it's so easy to meet other people. In fact, most ships have parties just for singles early on, so you can start to be involved right away. Most ships also have single cabins as well as single rates for double staterooms. In many cases, a cruise line will even find you a roommate to share a double if you ask them.
I am too young to go on a cruise?
Another misconception about cruising is that it is just for the retired. Even more so than any other holiday, todays cruise is truly a holiday for all ages. As you can see on here there are activities to suit one and all from rock climbing to snoozing in the sun on deck. You can grab a great burger to a gourmet dinner. Ballrom dancing to nightclubs. The new larger ships are truly suited to one and all, but you may want to look at different lines as they may suit you better from the Carnival Fun Cruise do the more sedate and stylish smaller lines. However the most important thing to remember onboard, ignore the age in your passport (except in the bars ofcourse !!) If you want to try rock climbing towering above the ocean to celebrate your eightieth birthday..........go for it. So what are you waiting for Search here for your cruise.
Would a Cruise make a good honeymoon?
Without a doubt. Cruising offers an atmosphere that's just right for romance...cozy dinners for two, strolling on deck at sunset, dancing the night away (even under the stars) and so much more to remember forever. Most lines provide special services from Sunday or Monday departures to welcome champagne and breakfast in bed. (And, speaking of beds, most ships have them in double, queen, or king sizes!) Also, some ships offer special programs for performing a marriage ceremony or renewing your marriage vows in port.
